Rent Collection

Commission - 10% + VAT = 12%

  • Collect monthly rent and remit to landlord
  • Collect deposit and pass to landlord
  • Pursue non-payment of rent and provide advice on arrears actions


Fully Managed

Commission - 12% + VAT = 14.4

Service Includes:

  • Collect monthly rent and remit to landlord
  • Collect deposit and register with DPS
  • Pursue non-payment of rent and provide advice on arrears actions
  • Deduct commission and other works
  • Advise utility providers of changes
  • Arrange routine repairs and instruct approved contractors
  • Hold keys throughout the tenancy
  • Relevant certificates will be maintained (Fee payable by landlord)
  • Conduct property inspections


Setup Service Fee - £299 + VAT = £359

  • Review property and agree market rent
  • Advise landlord on any required refurbishment
  • Advise landlord on compliance with statutory provisions and letting consents
  • Advertise property on relevant portals e.g. Zoopla, On the market and our own website
  • Erect 'To Let' boards outside the property
  • Carry out accompanied viewings with experienced staff
  • Process comprehensive references checks with independent referencing agency
  • Set up tenancy agreement for the agreed period
  • Check tenant into property


Inventory Fees:

Studio/1 bed - £65 + VAT = £78 (unfurnished) £75 + VAT = £90 (furnished)

2 bed - £75 + VAT = £90 (unfurnished) £85 + VAT = £102 (furnished)

3 bed - £85 + VAT = £102 (unfurnished) £95 + VAT = £114 (furnished)

4 bed - £95 + VAT = £114 (unfurnished) £105 + VAT = £126 (furnished)

5 bed - £105 + VAT = £126 (unfurnished) £115 + VAT = £138 (furnished)

Includes:
  • Arrange check-in inventory and schedule of condition of the property, its contents and fixtures and fittings

Court attendance £200 per half day +VAT = £240
